Merlin BASIC power
Button
The Power button on your Merlin BASIC is located on the far
right of the control panel (item #1 above).
• Press the Power button. Notice the green light will illuminate on the
Control Panel, indicating that the power is "ON" (item #2 above).
• Once properly connected as described on the previous page, an
image should appear on your DVI monitor within a few seconds. If
the green power indicator does not illuminate or if an image
does not appear on your LCD monitor, please check the power
supply connections (review steps 2-4 on page 10 for details).
note: if your Merlin BASIC is plugged into a power strip or
surge protector (recommended), make sure its power switch
is turned on before attempting to turn on Merlin BASIC. if
the power strip/surge protector comes with a circuit
breaker, make sure the circuit breaker has been reset before
attempting to turn on Merlin BASIC.
