Use knife to remove covering

INSTALL RUDDER CONTROL HORN.
Repeat steps to install the rudder control
horn as same as steps done for ailerons.

Rudder fiberglass control horn.
INSTALL RUDDER HINGE.
Glue the rudder hinges in place using
the same techniques used to hinge the el-
evator.
