Deleting an alarm using EDM
Use this procedure to delete an alarm.
Procedure
1. In the navigation tree, double-click Rmon.
2. In the Rmon tree, double-click Alarms.
3. In the work area, click on a row for the alarm that you want to delete.
4. On the toolbar, click Delete.
5. Click Yes to delete the alarm and return to the Alarms tab, or click No to return to
Using RMON events
This section describes how RMON events and alarms work together to notify you after values
in your network are outside of a specified range. When values pass the specified ranges, the
alarm is triggered and it triggers. The event specifies how the activity is recorded.

Description
