Media Refund
This function is useful if a transaction to be refunded was closed by plural media keys. It is not required to do if
the transaction was closed by one media key.
By this operation, the refunded amounts are subtracted from the respective media memory, but they are not
memorized in the refund memory.
For example, when the transaction below is required to refund, then the operation sequence will be;
