2.7.3 Editing a Personal Telephone Book

You can edit your personal telephone book via the communications system's Web
configuration programme, as long as you belong to a user group whose members
are authorised to use the Web configuration programme and maintain a personal
telephone book.
1. Enter the IP address of the configuration system into a Web browser.
2. Enter your user name and password.
3. Open the user management and go to the Personal Telephone book menu.
4. In this menu you can add new entries to the telephone book and edit or delete
existing entries. You will find more information on this in the Online Help,
which you can call up via the Help button.
Briefly press the ABC key. You will see the menu item
Enter a name or a letter to search a name (see Entering Text
on page 31).
After pressing the OK key, you will see the telephone book
beginning with the characters you entered. If you do not
enter any characters and press the OK key, the list will begin
with the first entry.
Using the arrow key, you can scroll through the list and
select the desired name. Where there is more than one tele-
phone number under a selected name (e. g. an office
number and a private number), the list includes entries with
letters identifying the types of number (
