Making Calls from the Telephone Book

2.7.1 The Telephone Book

Up to 4000 entries can be stored in your communications system's central tele-
phone book. These telephone book entries are available to all the system's users.
Your system administrator can also determine whether a user may maintain a per-
sonal telephone book and the maximum number of entries that can be stored in
that personal telephone book. 2000 entries can be stored in the personal tele-
phone books of all users, and each entry can include up to three numbers (an
office, a private and a mobile number).

Activation of the "Recording" function is signalled to all
callers participating in a call by a tone. You will see the text
r on the display during recording.
