FUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE PLASTIC SPRING STOP AND
THE BUSHING THREADING.
N.B.
AN EXCESSIVE QUANTITY CAN DAMAGE THE CLUTCH
OPERATION.
Specific tooling
020444Y011 adapter ring
020444Y009 46x55 Wrench
Locking torques (N*m)
Clutch unit nut on driven pulley
Refitting the driven pulley
- Reassemble the clutch bell and spacer.

Drive-belt

During the wear checks foreseen in the scheduled
maintenance services at 6,000 km; 18,000 km;
etc., check that the rim bottom of the toothing does
not show signs of incisions or cracking (see figure):
The rim bottom of the tooth must not have incisions
or cracking; if it does, change the belt.
