messages. The following table lists those messages and
their meanings.

The printer is operating normally and data receipt and printing are possible.
The printer is not connected, the power is off, the printer is not connected correctly, or the
printer has been removed from Online status.
The cover of the unit is open.
The printer is warming up.
The printer is busy.
The printer is processing a print request.
The printer is printing.
There is a problem with the printer engine.
There is a problem with the printer controller.
The printer is not responding.
The utility is searching for printers.
