1 ) Remove the connector from the flasher unit and connect:

t h e (- - - - - ) terminal of the tester to the frame to earth.
2 ) Turn the switch to ON and check that voltage is 12V (DC).

3 ) Check continuity of the brown
Using a tester (set to OHM) with:

t h e (- - - - - ) terminal connected to earth
4 ) Set direction indicator switch to left and right, checking for continuity.

5 ) Continue with troubleshooting, checking for brown
direction indicator switch connector. Repair by referring to the wiring diagram.

1 ) Débrancher le connecteur de l'intermittence.

Utiliser le testeur (en position OHM).

4 ) Actionner l'interrupteur des clignotants à droite et à gauche, en vérifiant chaque fois s'il y a continuité.

5 ) Continuer la recherche, en contrôlant qu'il n'y a pas d'interruptions du câble marron
et le connecteur du commutateur des clignotants gauches: réparer (en consultant le schéma électrique).

3 ) Verificar la continuidad del hilo marrón
Utilizar el tester (en OHM).

4 ) Accionar el interruptor de los intermitentes a la derecha y a la izquierda, verificando cada vez que haya continuidad.

5 ) Seguir buscando, controlando que no haya interrupciones del cable marrón
y el conectador del conmutador de los intermitentes izquierdos : reparar (ver el esquema eléctrico).
