OPC Controller
OPC controller (1) is located inside the panel board.
A current from the main switch (5), safety switches
and alternator L terminal flows to OPC controller (1).
OPC controller (1) receives current as data,
processes the data, and sends out current computing
results to starter motor (11), key stop solenoid relay (13),
and key stop solenoid (14).
OPC controller (1) controls engine starting and
engine stopping.
A current flows from battery to OPC controller (1).
A current from switches such as rear PTO switch (6),
parking brake switch (7), seat switch (8) and main gear
shift lever switch (9), flows to the OPC controller (1).
A current from alternator L terminal flows to the OPC
controller (1).
After starting the engine, the OPC controller supplies
current to starter motor (11) S terminal or key stop
solenoid relay (13).
OPC controller (1) receives data, processes the
data, and sends out the computing results.
OPC controller (1) receives data from safety
switches, processes the data inside the OPC controller
itself, and sends out the computing results to starter
motor (11) for engine starting, and key stop solenoid
relay (13) for engine stopping.
OPC controller (1) is configured with a delay timer in
the OPC controller (1) unit to hold fuel cut signal from the
OPC controller (1) unit to key stop solenoid (14) for about
1 second.
