Instructions
Make fine paste of red chili, water. In microwave safe glass bowl add
oil, red curry paste, onion, ginger-garlic paste and cook. When beep
add coconut milk, all vegetables, all other ingredients with chicken
and press start. Add salt, sugar, add basil leaves. Serve hot with
steamed rice.
