Be careful to assemble all components
in the sequence they are presented.
NOTE:
Finger tighten all hardware in this step. DO NOT wrench tighten until the last step.
Nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto bolts, they must be wrench tighten to fully go
on.
1A. Attach Frame (B) to Frame (A) using:
2 - (A1) M10X70mm Hex Head Bolt
2 - (C1) M10 Washer
2 - (B1) M10 Nylon Lock Nut
1B. Attach Frame (J) to Frame (A) using:
2 - (A1) M10X70mm Hex Head Bolt
2 - (C1) M10 Washer
2 - (B1) M10 Nylon Lock Nut
1C. Attach Frame (C) to Frame (A) using:
4 - (A1) M10X70mm Hex Head Bolt
4 - (B1) M10 Nylon Lock Nut
2 - (L) Steel Plate
1D. Insert four 50x50mm Foot Caps (D1) onto Frames (B & J).
1E. Insert three 30x30mm End Caps (D3) onto Frames (A & C).
1F. Insert two
1G. Insert Weight Horn Sleeve (D8),
1" OD Round End Cap (D5) onto Frame (B).
