Be careful to assemble all components
in the sequence they are presented.
NOTE:
Wrench tighten ALL hardware at the end of STEP 3D . Nylon lock nuts will not fully screw
onto bolts, they must be wrench tightened to fully go on.
3A. Attach Back Pad (N) to Frame (A) using:
2 - (A4) M8X65mm Hex Head Bolt
2 - (C2) M8 Washer
2 - (C3) M8 Lock Washer
3B. Attach Head Pad (M) to Frame (F) using:
2 - (A5) M8X55mm Hex Head Bolt
2 - (C2) M8 Washer
2 - (C3) M8 Lock Washer
3C. Attach Frame (G) to Frame (A) using:
2 - (A2) M10X60mm Hex Head Bolt
2 - (C1) M10 Washer
2 - (B1) M10 Lock Washer
3D. Attach Frame (H) to Frame (C) using:
2 - (A6) M8X12mm Button Head Cap Screw
3E. Insert the Roller Tubes (K) into Frame (G).
3F. Insert the Foam Rollers (D9) and Ø1" Round End cap (D4) onto
Frame (G).
3G. Insert a 38mm x 38mm End Cap (D2) onto Frame (G).
3H. Insert a Ø1" OD Round End Cap (D5) onto Frame (H).
