2. Attach the rear stabilisers
1. Find one polyfoam block from the packaging and put it on the floor before start assembling your
YORK endurance cycle.
2. Ask someone to help you put the front end of this cycle on the polyfoam and raise the rear end of this
cycle for rear stabiliser assembly. - This polyfoam can protect the front end of the chain cover avoid
damages during this assembly procedure.
3. Fix the rear stabiliser to the main frame and secure, using 2x allen head bolts, spring washers and flat
washers as shown.
4. Slide the plastic rear stabiliser end caps onto the rear stabiliser from both ends and secure, using 4x
phillips head self tapping screws. - Be sure the end caps were attached on the chain cover edges
perfectly before you tighten the screws.
5. Thread the rubber foot stops onto the rear stabiliser securely.
6. Be sure to fit the parts in the same order as the diagrams shown.
3. Attach the front stabilisers
1. Ask someone to help you raise the front end of this cycle and fix
the front stabiliser to the main frame and secure, using 2x allen
head bolts, spring washers and flat washers as shown.
2. Slide the plastic front stabiliser end caps onto the front stabiliser
from both ends and secure, using 4x phillips head self tapping
screws. - Be sure the end caps were attached on the chain cover
edges perfectly before you tighten the screws.
3. Thread the rubber foot stops onto the front stabiliser securely.
4. Be sure to fit the parts in the same order as the diagrams shown.
