Troubleshooting
Clean up the take-up lever spring and
detecting plate. Adjust the tension of take-
up lever spring and connecting condition of
detecting plate
Reconnect the wire with thread sensor
plate
Adjust the tension of upper sensor
Adjust the tension of upper sensor
Readjust the timing of needle and shuttle
Adjust the tension of fixed mes
Exchange the moving and fixed mes
Readjust the position of trimming cam
