Possible cause
The washer has no
power.

temperature of the wash water is over 50°C.

off and then on again
with the K button.

Check whether:
– the washer is turned on.
– the washer is connected to the electric power
supply.
– the circuit breaker has tripped.
Open the drum door as described in the following
section.
Push firmly against the lock side of the drum door,
then press the Door button.
Confirm the displayed message and press the Start
button. The program will continue from the saved
status.
