Last External Number Re-dial
When you make an external call, the system automatically stores the
number dialed, regardless of whether the call was successful or not.
To re-dial the last external number dialed:
Press *** and then

When You Receive a Busy Tone

If you call an extension and receive a busy tone or get no answer, or if
all external lines are busy, you can use one of the following methods:
Callback
Call Waiting
Intrusion
Note: These functions need to be programmed via the WinPDM
or CPDM3. Please contact the system administrator.
During an ongoing call, the soft key More is displayed, leading to the In
call menu, where you find options such as Callback and Call waiting.
Callback
When you order callback for a busy extension, you will be called back as
soon as the extension or line becomes free. If you order callback when
there is no answer, you will be called back when the extension has been
used the next time.
Ordering Callback for an Extension
To initiate callback when a called extension is busy, or when there is no
answer, do the following:

Press More.
2.
Select Callback, and press Select.
Note: If Callback is not programmed and does not appear when you
press More, you can press 6 to initiate callback. France, New
Zealand and Sweden, press 5

Press
and wait until the phone alerts.
