2.15 Mounting the chassis extender

The wheelchair frame can be lengthened by 5 cm to improve
stability and propelling characteristics when there is a lot of
weight on the castors.
1. Loosen the screw A and the nut B.
2. Remove the castor housing C.
Tools: 5 mm Allen key
Push the chassis extension E into the frame tubing D.
3.
Tighten the screws F inside the chassis extension tubes (18 Nm).

5. Remount the castor housing, now onto the frame extension.

2.16 Wash sealing kit

1.
Add the first sealing stickers A over the holes of the cross tube
B on both sides.
2.
20–24 inch wheels
Add the second sealing sticker C or the sealing plug E over the
draining hole on the wheels D or F.
