Do the connections
look good and still
have incorrect
voltage?
Yes
Check RED & WHITE wire
pins at both end of FZ liner
harness to ensure they are
correctly locked into place
and are straight, using a
multimeter to verify
continuity.
Does the
unit have power?
(lights, compressor,
etc).
No
Remove dispenser
display control board
making sure to unhook
both wiring harnesses.
With the REF door open,
check voltage across
RED & WHITE wires on
the control harness.
Does the
multimeter read the
110V?
No
Unplug 9 pin connection
between FZ liner harness
and control harness.
Check voltage across
RED & WHITE wires on
FZ liner harness.
Does the
multimeter read the
correct voltage?
No
Remove MC back and
unplug 9 pin connection
between MC harness &
FZ liner harness. Check
voltage across RED &
WHITE wires on MC
harness.
Does the

multimeter read the
correct voltage?
Yes
Apply power to unit.
Replace dispenser
Yes
display control board

correct voltage?
Unplug service cord from
MC harness & measure

voltage across RED &
WHITE wires on service
cord.

Reconnect all wiring
harnesses, plug unit in,
and check display for

locked into service cord
amp block. Also verify
power to outlet.
