Damper Does Not Move

Make sure
connector J3 is
properly
connected on the
main board.
While Service Test
121 is displaying
OPEN for damper
state, measure
voltage across pin
3 and pin 9 on J3
connector.
Use Service Test
121 to open the
damper.
Does the
No
damper move?
Is there line
voltage?
Yes
Check damper
wiring connection.

Replace HV box
Yes
assembly
12872238.
No
Check continuity
of FZ liner harness
and HV PCB
harness. Replace
as necessary.
Replace damper.
