Here will be 'X(XXX)' a decimal value in the range of 0 to 255.
V, W, Z,H,I,J, K, L, M are hex values with out the prefix '0x' (in the range 0... 9,A ... F)
" _" Denotes a space character.
Remarks:
CHANNEL_SYSTEM is for NAFTA.
PRESET_SYSTEM is for Europe.
