Reset the error log in the DVDR Mechanism
- Send the RESET_STATISTICAL_INFO command
- Send the POWER_DOWN command
- Toggle the reset pin of the I2S interface

- Send the JITTER_COMMAND command with parameter 0x00 0x01
- Send the JITTER_COMMAND command with parameter 0x00 0x02 until offset 0x80 is
received
