HOW TO USE

Waist Twisting Disc
The Waist Twisting Disk helps the user shape up the
waists, inner thighs, and buttocks rapidly.
Instruction:
Put your feet on the waist twisting disc, twist your waist
and abdomen at the left and right sides.
Mini Stepper
The Mini Stepper provides a solid workout in a short
amount of time. It will build cardio fitness as well as tone
your legs.
Instructions:
Put one foot on one of the foot pedals of the mini stepper,
and press down. Once it is down as far as it will go, step
onto the other foot pedal with your other foot.
Alternate feet, it is important that the user wears workout
shoes while using the mini stepper.
Start with a very steady rhythm, and keep your arms at
your side, allowing them to swing gently as they would if
you were walking.
Resistance Cords
The Resistance Cords can be used effectively for any
muscle in your upper or lower body. From arms,
shoulders, and back to hips, thighs, and buttocks, you
can perform a variety of exercises you want.
Below are some exercises that can be performed with the
Resistance Cords.
