Step 7
Remove two M8x55mm Hexagon Socket Head Cap Bolts (83) from the Upright Tube (80).
Remove two M8x16mm Bolts (18) and two M8 Spring Washers (55) from the Base Frame
Support Tube (79).
Position the Foot Bar Frame (94) onto the Base Frame Support Tube (79) and Upright
Tube (80) and align bolt holes.
Attach the top end of the Foot Bar Frame (94) onto the Upright Tube (80) with two
M8x55mm Hexagon Socket Head Cap Bolts (83) that were removed.
Attach the bottom end of the Foot Bar Frame (94) onto the Base Frame Support Tube (79)
with two M8x16mm Bolts (18) and two M8 Spring Washers (55) that were removed.
Tighten bolts with the 6mm Allen Wrench provided.

Remove two M8 Cap Nuts (51) and two M8x35 Bolts (74) from the Base Frame Support
Tube (79).
Position the Resistance Cylinders (102) onto the Base Frame Support Tube (79) and align
bolt holes.
Attach the Resistance Cylinders (102) onto the Base Frame Support Tube (79) with two
M8 Cap Nuts (51) and two M8x35 Bolts (74) that were removed. Tighten bolts and nuts
with the 6mm Allen Wrench and Wrench provided.
