7. Press the chain tensioner and maneuver the chain onto the small sprocket on the
motor at front.
Note: The chain tensioner must align and fit against the chain to ensure that the
chain will not come loose during usage.
6. Slide the chain onto the chain wheel as
shown. Then slide the rear wheel axle into
the slots on the rear end of the frame.
(Replace with a new chain, new rear
brake or a new rear wheel at this time.)
8. Refer to Steps 2-4 and:
A. Tighten the brake housing anchor;
B. Tighten the axle locknuts on both
sides with 15mm wrenches securely;
C. Adjust the brake cable and tighten
the brake cable anchor securely.
