Displaying a Video Image

To display a video image in either Windows or QuickPlay DVD
mode, both the notebook and the video device must be turned on.
In Windows you can switch the image between the notebook
display and the video device display by repeatedly pressing
the
among the notebook display, any connected displays, and
simultaneous display.
In QuickPlay, an image transmitted to an external device
through an S-Video or composite video connection is
displayed only on the external device.
In both Windows and QuickPlay, the notebook can transmit
composite video signals to an external device only when an
optional HP expansion product, such as an Expansion Base or
an optional HP Notebook All-in-One Media Cable xc2000 is in
the system.
In QuickPlay, an S-Video or composite video device can be used
only when the notebook is in QuickPlay DVD mode and only
when TV-Out is enabled on the Player Setup menu. For more
