Storing Music Files on the Hard Drive
To access or manage the Shared Music folder on your hard drive,
the notebook must be in Windows.

To access the default Shared Music folder on your hard drive:

To manage the Shared Music folder on your hard drive, for
example to add or remove songs or subfolders or to move
songs among folders, use standard Windows Explorer
procedures. For instructions, select Start > Help and
Support.
Opening Music Mode

To turn on the notebook in music mode or to switch the
notebook from DVD mode to music mode, press the music
button.
Hardware and Software Guide
In Windows XP Home, select Start > My Computer >
Shared Documents > Shared Music.
In Windows XP Professional, select Start >
My Computer > Drive_C (C:) > Documents and
Settings > All Users > Shared Documents > Shared
Music.
