Appendix A - Troubleshooting And Hold/Lockout Code

To support the recommended troubleshooting, the Honeywell Sola Controller has a History File. Review the alert history for possible
trends that may have been occurring prior to the actual Lockout.
Alert code and Hold/Lockout code can be accessed through Basic Panel, Enhanced or System Operator Interface Panel.
For instruction on accessing Alert and Hold/Lockout code using Basic Panel display, refer to CHAPTER 3-6 DIAGNOSTIC MODE for
more information.
For instruction on accessing Alert and Hold/Lockout code using Enhanced or System Operator Interface display, refer to CHAPTER 4-
11 FAULT/ALARM HANDLING for more information.

Recommended Troubleshooting of Lockout Codes
1. New Device, complete device configuration and safety
verification.
2. If fault repeats, consult factory.
1. Device in Configuration mode and safety parameters need
verification and a device needs reset to complete verification.
2. Configuration ended without verification, re enter
configuration, verify safety parameters and reset device to
complete verification.
3. If fault repeats, consult factory.
Internal fault
1. Reset module.
2. If fault repeats, consult factory.
1. Check the Module and display connections.
