F.1.15 on display panel -
motor stalled
F1.16 on display panel -
motor over temperature
TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
Variable speed drives are over
temperature due to high
temperature in the working
environment or broken
temperature sensor
Motor stall protection has tripped;
the motor is working too hard and
is drawing extra current
Mechanical stiffness between
grinding discs under planetary
head
Mechanical jam on the planetary
drive
Motor worked to hard drawing extra
current
Potential Solution
Open door on the electrical cabinet to increase
ventilation. If needed have the variable speed drives
tested by a Huskvarna service agent.
Check the current being drawn when the machine is
running. Reduce motor speed settings via the
potentiometers on the control panel near the handle
bars and draw current back into acceptable working
limits according to "Monitoring Menus Output
Frequency"
Tilt the machine back and inspect the grinding discs
for foreign items. Rotate grinding discs by hand to
see if jam exists. Ensure that all three grinding discs
rotate togehter. If one grinding discs rotate
individually a broken belt is causing an internal jam.
Contact Husqvarna service agent.
Tilt the machine back and try to rotate the planetary
head by hand, to see if jam exists. This should be firm
but not impossible. Remove cover and clean away
any debris.
