Burner Installation:

Make sure that the power supply is isolated before commencing.
Note: The fire box may be supplied complete with the burner already in place.
While the burner can be installed and commissioned as soon as the firebox is in place and the gas connected, we
recommend that this is left until the wall lining and any painting finishing is complete as it is much easier to clean an
empty fire box than a finished fire. (note that the burner can be operated briefly without the burner media in place for the
purposes of setting the burner pressure and maintenance etc.)

Firebox preparation

Loosen the 6 screws holding the control shields and remote receiver plate in place and remove all parts.

Remove any protective plastic from the glass side front panel, fit to firebox and hold in place using 2 m4 screws into the
brackets at each end of the front panel. It may be necessary to remove the two Trim Bracket
stop screws to get the front panel in or out of position. Make sure that these screws are replaced
once the front panel is installed.

Gas Control Installation

Remove the burner/gas control assembly from its carton.
Remove the pilot shield and burner as shown below. To remove the burner, carefully pull it
toward you and then lift up once it is clear of the injectors at the rear. Set the burner assembly
aside taking care not to bend the retainer tabs (resting it on top of the burner carton will make
the next steps easier)
Place the gas control into the firebox and fix in place using x m4 screws.
