5.2 Removing the Battery Pack

1. Turn off the power to the T2200SX and disconnect the power cord, AC adapter, and all
external cables to the T2200SX.
2. Facing the right side of the computer, push up and hold the battery cover release lever as
you slide the battery pack cover toward the back of the computer. Remove the battery pack
cover to expose the battery pack (Figure 5-1).
3. Firmly grasp the battery pack pull tab and pull the battery pack out far enough so that you
can grasp the battery pack. Then pull the battery out of the computer (Figure 5-2).
