When the AC adapter is connected to the computer and a wall outlet, this function is
automatically disabled. If you use a non-Toshiba MS-DOS operating system, you
must disable this option.

Whether or not you need to configure the T2200SX with these options depends primarily on
the type of software or peripherals you use.

This option enables and disables the AutoResume feature. You can also set this
option using the Pop-up Window.

Use this option to enable or disable the Pop-up window.

Speaker
This option enables and disables the software usage of the system speaker. Setting
this option to Off also disables the self-test alarm. All other system alarms are unaf-
fected. This option appears in the Pop-up Window.

Disables the display automatic power off.
This is the default setting.
Automatically turns off power to the sidelit LCD panel if the
computer is not used for the specified duration. Enabling this
option will conserve battery power. The duration (xx) can be set
to 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes.
Turns off power to the sidelit LCD display's fluorescent lamp. This
value is not displayed if the AC adapter is connected.
Enables the boot mode by turning off the AutoResume feature.
This is the default setting.
Enables the AutoResume feature.
Allows you to access the Pop-up window.
This is the default setting.
Disables the Pop-up window.
Enables software usage of the system speaker.
This is the default setting.
Disables software usage of the system speaker.
