External Monitor Check
Connect an external monitor to the RGB port and reboot the computer. If the external monitor
displays a video signal, the System Display Controller is operating and the internal LCD assembly is
probably faulty. Go to Procedure 3.
If the external monitor does not display a video signal, perform the Power Supply or System Board
Troubleshooting Procedures in Section 3.3 or 3.4.
