Answering a Call

You can answer a call by simply lifting the handset, or you can use other options if they are
available on 2xx Series.

Tips
• Your system administrator configures Auto-answer to use either the speakerphone or a headset.
You might use Auto-answer if you receive a high volume of incoming calls.

--1) Your phone ring;
--1) Press MENU or OK button > "Function setting" > "Auto answer";
--2) Select "Enable";
--3) Your phone answers incoming calls automatically after a few rings
-- Return the handset to its cradle
-- Press Speaker button that is Red
--Press Handset button, （Do not keep the headset mode)
