Yealink IP Phones Configuring Guide
Usage:
1.
Press the DSS key to automatically connect with a preconfigured target extension
for outgoing intercom calls
2.
If push-to-talk mode is enabled, long press the DSS key to automatically connect
with a preconfigured target extension for outgoing intercom calls, and you need to
keep pressing the DSS key during the call and release it to end the call.
KeyPad Lock (not applicable to SIP-T48G IP phones)
You can use this key feature to lock your phone temporarily when you are not using it. To
use this key, you need to enable the keypad lock feature in advance. For more
information on how to configure the keypad lock, refer to

Usage: Press the DSS key to lock the phone immediately when the phone is idle.
Last Caller ID Erasure
You can use this key feature to delete the record of the last received call. This is provided
for privacy reasons. This will also clear all call lists from the CommPortal feature. This
feature will not clear any call lists from the phone.

Usage: Press the DSS key to delete the record of the last received call.
LDAP
You can use this key feature to quickly access a LDAP search screen.

Usage:
1.
Press the DSS key to access the LDAP search screen.
2.
Enter a few continuous characters of the contact name or continuous numbers of the
contact number using the keypad.
The contacts whose name or phone number matches the characters entered will
appear on the LCD screen.
