Calling an Extension which Denies Receiving Calls
(Do Not Disturb Override)
Allows the pre-assigned extension user to call an extension which sets the Do Not Disturb
(DND) feature.
SLT and PT
If you make an intercom call and
hear the Do Not Disturb (DND) tone;

Dial 2.
Wait for an
answer and talk.

• If you hear a reorder tone after dialling 2, this means the Do Not Disturb (DND) Override
!
feature is not set at your extension.
• You must dial 2 within 10 seconds after hearing the Do Not Disturb (DND) tone.
• Class of Service determines the extensions that can perform this feature.
