On the backside of the camera the following is located:
Joystick:
to open the camera setup OSD (press briefly onto the joystick)
to open the LED lights OSD and the G-sensor OSD (press for approx. 5 sec onto the
joystick) (G-sensor not available for VTC-8120WDP and VTC-8122WDP)
LED:
red light is on; indicates that the camera is supplied with power
BNC jack:
video signal output (coax)
1 Vpp at 75 Ohm

Day/night in
Switch contact input. Used for switching between day and night mode via an external switch.
At closed switch, the camera is set to black/white mode. In order to achieve this, the
day/night switching has to be set to "ISC" in the camera OSD (see OSD adjustments).
Day/night out:
Switch contact output (shutter). Maximum capacity is 20 V DC / 0.5 A.
If the day/night switching has been set to "auto" in the camera OSD, the camera switches to
day/night mode by measuring the brightness through the lens (video signal). If the camera is
in black/white mode, the shutter is closed (see OSD adjustment).
Motion out:
Switch contact output (shutter). Maximum capacity is 20 V DC / 0.5 A.
If the motion detection has been activated in the camera setup OSD and a motion is detected
in the picture, this shutter is closed.
G-sensor out: (only for VTC-8320WDP and VTC-8322WDPU):
Switch contact output (shutter). Maximum capacity: 20 V DC / 0.5 A.
If the G-sensor has been activated in the OSD and the LED light is on, this output switch will
be closed for the determined time.
