Programming a new Private Library / Change a Private Library
• Dial #193
• Press Next
• Private Lib 7000 will appear
• Enter the number you would like to assign. Don't forget to add a 9 first if it is an outside line.
• Press next to enter the next speed dial number or SPKR to end.
Speed Dialing: Using Private and Public Libraries
Speed dialing using a Private Library or system Public Library number is basically the same, therefore the process is described generally for both
dialing systems. If Public Speed Dialing is available on your system, consult your company directory for library numbers.
To dial a Public or Private Speed dial number:
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial speed call library number (Private or Public). Ex: 7000
