• The camera is disabled.
→ Follow the instruction message.
• The number of registered cameras has
reached the maximum limit.
→ Follow the instruction message.
• The Operating Instructions file is not in
software folders. (The file may be manually
deleted.)
→ Install this software again.

→ Install Adobe Reader and try again.
• Web browser could not be started (support
information and camera portal site).
→ Install the web browser (Internet Explorer
6.0 or later).
• A network drive or folders on the network were
selected as the save destination folder.
→ Specify a local drive.
• The folder or file cannot be accessed because
the drive cannot be found or the path is not
available.
→ Properly select a folder of file.
