Note: The absence codes are system dependent. Contact the system
administrator regarding the available absence codes.
Cancelling Absence Information For Your
Extension
To cancel absence information, do the following:
1.
Press Menu, select

Select Call services, and press Select.
3.
Select Absence and press Select.
4.
Select Deactivate and press Select.
The phone calls up the system. Wait for the call timer to start in the
display.
5.
Press
to finish the procedure.
The absence information is deleted.

Ordering Absence Information For Another
Extension
It is only possible to order absence information for another extension if
you are authorized to do so, and if your own extension is the answering
position of the other extension.
To order absence information for another extension, do the following:

Press *230*.

Dial the extension number and press *.
3.
Enter the absence code (0-9).
