FRONT WHEEUBRAKE! STEERING
THROTTLE LEVER DISASSEMBLY
Remove t he sc rews
~nd
t hro ttle lever cover.
Raise the tab of the lock plate and remove the
bolt,
Remove t he throttle lever and spring.
Disconnect the th rottle cab le.
' B4 .
Remove the rubber seal.
After '84 .
Remove the screws.
T HROTTLE LEVER ASSEMBLY
'84 :
Install the throttle lever, spring. and rubber
seal.
After '8 4
Install the throttle leve r housing, throttle lever,
and spring.
'84 and after :
Conne<:t the throttle cable,
Instal l the lock plate.
Screw i n the pivot bolt and che-c k the l<!'Ier for
smoo t h ope rati on ,
Bend over the tabS of the lock plat e.
