* Suppose you want to defrost 0.5 kg of Chicken Fillets.
1. Press the EXPRESS DE-
FROST pad on the control
panel. Then touch the
desired menu: CHICKEN
FILLETS.
After defrosting, follow
instructions.
EXPRESS DEFROST rapidly defrosts 0.5 kg specific foods.
Follow the details provided in EXPRESS DEFROST MENU
GUIDE on page C in the cooking guides.
2. When ready to defrost, press
the INSTANT COOK/START
pad to start defrosting.

3. The display will count down
through the defrosting time.
When the oven stops,
read the instructions on the
Touch Screen, open the door,
complete the steps and close
the door. Press the INSTANT
COOK/START pad.
