4. Checking the burner

the commissioning/service report on
the penultimate page of this manual.

5. Flame monitor check

aint.
1. Pull flame monitor A from
flange B.
2. Clean the flame monitor.
Safety check
Burner start with darkened flame monitor
.
Burner start with flame monitor lit from
an outside source
3. Push flame monitor A into
flange B, until strap C
noticeably clicks into place.
Please note:
Observe the angle and distance.
Safety check
Burner operation with simulated flame
interruption: to do this pull plug D from
the solenoid valve during operation and
leave in this condition.

6. System shutdown
aint.
1. Isolate the mains electricity supply
and safeguard against
reconnection.
2. Pull plug−connector fA from the
burner.
3. Close the oil supply line (oil filter
valve).
Please note:
The flue pipe must be sealed on
the boiler adaptor. Infiltrating air
leads to false readings.
Response
Fault shutdown at the end of
the safety period
Fault shutdown not later than
after 40 sec.
Response
Restart followed by fault
shutdown at the end of the
safety period
