Trial running and the checking items after installation
Preparation for trial running
1 Preparation for trial running
Before complete of entire installation, power cannot be turned on.
Control circuit should be connected correctly, all wire be connected firmly.
Open cut-off valve of both thick and thin pipe.
All scattered things, especially scrap and wire etc., should be taken out from the unit.
Open the panel and set hand switch to "RUN" mode.
2. Trial run method

Turn on the power.
(2)
Press On/Off of the remote controller and then press MODE to select working mode such as
COOL, DRY, HEAT and FAN to see if operations are normal.
(3)
Emergency operation
Emergency running: In case the remote controller is lost, a ball pen or similar object may be used to
carry out the following operation:
Under turn-off state, set the manual switch to AUTO mode and the unit will enter into auto run
state. The microcomputer will select automatically heating, cooling and air delivery to achieve a
comfortable effect in accordance with the indoor temperature.
Under running state, set the toggle switch to "STOP" and the air conditioner will stop working

Is the installation of wire and pipeline
correct?
Is the system safely grounded ?

regulations?
Is air inlet or outlet vent of indoor and
outdoor unit blocked?
Are the length of refrigerant pipe and the
charge amount of refrigerant recorded?
Possible malfunction due to improper
installation
Unit may drop, shake or emit noise
It may cause insufficient cooling (heating)
capacity
It may cause condensation or dripping
