Installing indoor unit
Installing the wall-mounting board
Use hanging line to find a horizontal
position. Since the drainage pipe outlet is
on the left side, make the left side on the
slightly lower side when adjusting the
mounting board.
Fix the rear panel on the wall by bolt.
Pull the mounting board after installation
to see if it is firm enough. The mounting
board should be able to withstand the
weight of an adult (60 kg) after installation,
and the weight should be evenly shared
by each screw.
Drill the piping hole
As shown in Fig. 11-2, pipe can go out from
6 directions. Select one of them according
to the needs.
After determining the hole location as
shown in Fig. 11-1, drill a downward inclined
hole(φ55).
Wall pipes should be adopted in order to
protect
tubing
damaged when they pass through the hole.
nstalling the water drainage pipe
Drainage hose must be placed at a
downward slant for smooth drainage.
Do not wrench or bent, fluctuate etc, and
do not flood its end by water.(as shown in
Fig.11-3)
When long drainage hose goes through
the indoor unit, it should be wrapped with
insulating materials.
Installing the connecting pipe
Connect the connecting pipe with the two outlet pipes of indoor unit and tighten the joint nut of the
connecting pipe(refer to "Installation of connecting pipes" below).
Note:
Connect the connecting pipe with indoor unit first, and then outdoor unit.
The curving arrangement of the pipe must be done carefully and do not damage the
connection pipe.
Do not tighten the joint nut too much, or it will cause leakage.
