Setting up another printer/copier
If more than one DocuColor 4 LP/CP printing connection is published (for
example, if both the Print queue and the Hold queue are published), you may
wish to create a printer for each printing connection so that you and other
users can print to each queue directly.
To set up another printer/copier with Windows NT 4.0:
Click Start > Settings > Printers to open the Printers window, and then
double-click Add Printer.
Using the instructions in the User Guide, install another copy of the
DocuColor 4 LP/CP printer/copier files.
When prompted to specify the printer/copier name, you may want to
enter a name that indicates the printer's queue.
Follow the instructions in the User Guide to set up the printer/copier for
TCP/IP and lpr printing.
In the first line of the Add LPR compatible printer/copier dialog box,
enter the same IP address or host name used for the first printer/copier.
In the second line of the Add LPR compatible printer/copier dialog box,
enter either hold or print depending on the queue to be used. The queue
name is case-sensitive; be sure to enter it in all lowercase.
