2) Loosen the belt tension bolt on the right side of the tension pulley and rotate the pulley counter-clockwise until there is enough slack in the belt to
remove it (Figures A & B).

3) Install the replacement belt and reverse necessary steps to secure the assembly until the belt is tight. NOTE: Tighten the drive belt to 180 ft / lbs. The
idler bolt should be torqued to 80 N-m.
4) Test the Elliptical for function as outlined in Section 5.22.
