Registering Fax Destinations

This section describes how to register fax destinations in the Address Book using the control panel or Web
Browser. The Address Book allows you to specify fax destinations quickly and easily.
The Address Book data could be damaged or lost unexpectedly. The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any damages
resulting from such data loss. Be sure to create backup files of the Address Book data periodically.
The Address Book can contain up to 70 entries (20 Quick Dial entries and 50 Speed Dial entries).
Quick Dial entries
Destinations registered as Quick Dial entries can be selected by pressing the corresponding One
Touch button.
Speed Dial entries
Destinations registered as Speed Dial entries can be selected by pressing the [Address book] key,
and then entering the corresponding registration number.
