Checks
Turn off and then on the power
switch. Is the problem corrected?
Is the relay connector J716 under
the power switch (SW1)
connected securely?
Set the meter to the × 1Ω range.
Disconnect the relay connector
J716, and connect the probe of
the meter to the connector
terminal on the power switch side.
Is the voltage about 30Ω?
Checks
Turn off and on the power switch.
Is the problem corrected?
Replace the DC controller PCB. Is
the problem corrected?

YES End.
NO Connect it securely.
NO Replace the power
switch (SW1).
YES Check the wiring from
the DC controller PCB to
the power switch (SW1);
if normal, replace the DC
controller PCB.

NO Check the wiring and
electrical continuity from
the DC controller to the
power switch (SW1); if
normal, replace the DC
controller PCB.
