Does the lens move in X/Y
direction when the power switch is
turned on?
Is the lens X/Y home position
sensor (PS6/7) normal? (See the
instructions on how to check
photointerrupters.)
Is friction absent between the X
direction drive belt and the belt
support plate?
Replace the DC controller PCB. Is
the problem corrected?
Checks
Try stream reading. Is the scanner
locked at the center of the
copyboard?
Is the scanner locked sensor
normal?
Is the original leading edge sensor
2 normal?
Checks
Turn on and off the power switch.
Is the problem corrected?
